Hi There! I am so glad you have chosen to take this journey with me! My goal is to create an online process whereby I can give you the best analysis of your running style and some practical advice that you can use to improve your running efficiency.

My background – I am a Physiotherapist (obviously), who has worked with runners for 15 years. I am passionate about helping people to continue running through challenges which may include injuries or difficulty increasing training due to work/ family commitments. I get a huge kick out of seeing my athletes succeed, be it whether they want to do a 3 hour marathon, or simply to achieve running for 5km without stopping. Both are noble goals!

You will then receive an Email with instructions on how to send me videos of you running and performing certain tasks (such as leg squats).


Once these videos have been sent, I will review the videos and return my analysis and recommendations within 2 working days!
